If your plans change, that is not a problem, but please make sure to call us (757)894-3745 at least 48 hours prior to your tour time. Failure to give us 48 hours notice, not showing up on time for your tour or attempting to change your reservation within the 48 hour window will result in you being charged for the tour that you booked.
If the weather is not cooperating at all (lightning, heavy rain, severe winds) and we cannot take the tour boat out onto the water, you will not be charged for the scheduled tour and your money will be refunded.

We require a 7 day notice for tour cancellations for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Weekends as these are extremely busy and we want to get as many people to see the Chincoteague Ponies as possible.
If you book through PayPal, very far ahead of time where your tour has been paid for for at at least 60 days, and then cancel your tour in plenty of notice for us, we, unfortunately, will have to charge you the PayPal fees (approximately 3%) as we do not get reimbursed for them.
